The decor of the new-fashioned room was modern and it was good. Everyone was helpful and amicable. Walk from a train station, the location was good and strategic, in the centre of Heidelberg.

The hotel's location in the center of Heidelberg was wonderful. It was close to Altstadt, the main shopping street, and surrounded by many restaurants and shops.

I did n't want to say goodbye and will come back. I really enjoyed this hip new hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The room I stayed in was reasonably spacious, it had 2 single beds or 1 queen size bed. Had a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom. All of the staff was helpful and amicable.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel, right in the heart of the action. The location was perfect, just outside the pedestrian zone and close to the city centre. I loved that I could easily walk to the main shopping street and explore the charming old town. The staff here were incredibly friendly, especially the blonde girl at the reception. She made me feel welcome and even offered me a bigger room when she saw I had a baby bed with me.

The hotel was located close to the main shopping street and old town, the Altstadt. The location couldn't be more particularly good close to the city centre. Stopped by Friedrich to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

Very friendly staff, bigger room for baby bed, complimentary drink if skip cleaning, excellent location, great shower.
